Global Switch, a leading Design & Build M&E contractor, required specialized technical support mid-project for the site-wide earthing design at the Amsterdam East (AMS E) campus. The project, with its value to be confirmed, involves a 3-month design phase and an 18-month construction phase.
Calmor was selected for their extensive experience with data centres and their capability to quickly join forces with the existing site team. Our responsibilities included BIM modelling, technical support, and value engineering of the earthing system. We coordinated closely with lightning protection and earthing vendors to maintain progress and meet crucial design delivery dates.
